I am a Foodie sia :)) . nice idea to make mashroom with peas.... must be tempting :) . When I find it hard to cook...during weekdays I always fall back on 2 dishes that take a max of 15 mins. Black beans saaru and broccoli bhaji. But theres only so much you can eat of that...so I am trying hard to expand my horizons to easy meals that I can whip up in a few mins.
