just press the roties keeping in betw...hi praveena,
just press the roties keeping in between plastic sheets. its easier coz the dough is quite sticky and u cant roll them. my amma used to press them using palm. but i find it very simple to press them using some flat surface vessel and the result is even-looking flat roties. let me know how it turns out:)

But gonna try it. I tried bajra thepla and simlar to jowar, the rolled rotis can break-up easily. I find it difficult but practice makes perfect. I am gonna try plain bajra rotlo and see how that works out.
