Now, I do the same thing to my daughter, give her semiya with grated carrots and potatoes and whatever other veggies I can add, and called it semiya noodles.:-) She loves it, and the days I send semiya noodles for her in the tiffin, it is emptied, else the tiffin comes back half eaten.
