And I thought Sia Wordsworth was getting more prolific :) Have you tried microwaving the bhindi, it takes only 4-5 minutes to cook it that way. You can check my blog for the micro recipe.

My parents used "bheja fry" a lot when we were eating their heads... I remember being taught KISS at marketing class - Keep it Simple Stupid. Recipe is the perfect example!!

And the best part it, bhindi fry goes well with dal and curd. No not rice. Mix dal, curd and bhindi in a bowl and enjoy with a papad. Sounds weird? Thats how I do low carb :D
