It's so funny to me that you have a recipe for Jackfruit Idli with Mango Chutney, because I have a recipe for Mango Idlis (but not with Jackfruit chuntney!)

Never heard of Jackfruit idlies! Combi of sweet idlies and spicy mango chutney must be yum! I love jackfruit. My grandfather's house in Mysore had a big tree that yielded almost 50 fruits each season! So yum! Mom made jackfruit dosas, halasina kayi palya and added the seeds to saarus and hulis. I've never tried to cook anything with jackfruit yet.
