These tikkis looks absolutely delicious ! Channa dal powder instead of bread crumb, should taste great. I have to def try this.Freezing tikkis is a good idea. I will def parcel mine..only thing is it should not spoil reaching UK from USA :))

This is one of my favourite snack!!!! I also add a bit of grated coconut to the filling and it tastes yummy.... try that next time.
I liked ur idea of freezing the tikkis for unexpected guests.

So now I fold my sleeves and put on my apron and running to the kitchen!!!! ;)
