I am here to notice that u felt the same I did. I am also new to baking and initially tried banana-walnut cake 3 times. and it was pathetic:))))))) literally I myself could not eat that. And u said in ur post that after experimenting it comes out so bad...and it stuck in ur mouth hahhah, So true. I kept laughing reading this post as I faced all that. Due to this I bought all measurement cups and spoons and I uses them specially when I do baking. I prefer not to experiemnt just follow the recipe source. Initially I kept opening the oven to check whether cake is baked or not.
